Awesome and Stress Free Experience! Gabriel was most professional and answered every one of my questions. He made this important car purchase a smooth, stress free event. There was an issue on my part with the trade-in as I would not be able to get the title however Gabriel was very understanding, spoke with his manager, and eased my worries saying it was "Ok" I could take back the trade-in with no hassles and both keep car price quoted and interest rate agreed upon. Ultimately I was able to produce the title for the trade-in and submitted the car to Honda. However the fact that Gabriel and this dealership were so willing to work with me in the event I could not produce the title was paramount to making this an "awesome experience". Elaine was also very helpful and expedited my car loan with the interest rate I requested with no hassles. I would strongly recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Awesome Experience This is my first Honda and thanks to the Garden State Honda staff, I will be a Honda owner for the rest of my life. My contact with the dealership began with Karina Camarena (Internet/Phone) - she was the personable "voice" of the dealership. I then went to the dealership and met with Deborah Breslin (Finance) and was referred to Amira Chaghlil (Management) - she was the professional "face" of the dealership. My Salesperson was Bishoy Fathalla - he was the "customer service" of the dealership. Bishoy patiently sat with me and answered all my pre-sale questions. He then sat with me again in my 2016 Honda HR-V and showed me how to use all the options and electronics. I highly recommend Garden State Honda...and when you get there be sure to ask for Amira and Bishoy - they are the BEST of the best. More
