Great Experience at Garden State Honda My husband and I recently bought a 2014 CR-V from Garden State Honda, where we had the pleasure of working with two terrific salespeople, Bishoy Fatha My husband and I recently bought a 2014 CR-V from Garden State Honda, where we had the pleasure of working with two terrific salespeople, Bishoy Fathalla and Marco Cabrera. They are both knowledgeable professionals who worked with us in a very respectful, no-pressure manner. During our first visit, Bishoy went over the specs on all the models we were considering and never made us feel rushed or pressured, even though we were not prepared to close the deal immediately. It was because of Bishoy that we returned to THIS dealership and not one of the others we also visited. When I returned by myself several weeks later Bishoy recognized me, greeted me warmly and, since he was already helping another client, referred me to Marco. Like Bishoy, Marco was one of the most accommodating salespeople I ever worked with. He not only knew his stuff, he knew how to explain it, and he took the time to make sure I got all my questions answered. When it came time to close the deal, he and manager Mike Wadhwa worked to get my husband and me what we considered a fair price on both the new vehicle and my trade-in. When I realized the next day that I had inadvertently left my EZ-Pass tag in my old car, Marco made a special trip to Garden State's other site to retrieve it for me. Marco has also provided great follow-up and done literally everything possible to make our experience of buying our first SUV a positive one. Because of Marco, we will be back to Garden State Honda the next time we're in the market for a new car. I've never written an online review before, but I have never before been so impressed with the caliber of service we received. I would recommend Garden State Honda without reservation to anyone looking for a new car. More
