My experience at Garden state honda in Passaic, NJ I started my adventure making phone calls to find the car I wanted, I had the pleasure of speaking to Julio, very pleasant personality. Once I entered the building I was greeted by Rolando a straight up man with a warm personality. I then met my sales Lady Maria Morales a very pleasant and professional person. She not only helped me find my car I was looking for but put her trust in me to get in the car not knowing that I really do know how to drive a stick. It is then I met Ed, (General Manager). I have to say that this group of people that work together make a great team. I would never of been sitting in that car if it was not for them, especially my sales Girl Maria. My experience As soon as I walked inside Garden State Honda, Bishoy immediately acknowledged my presence and welcomed me with such an amazing respect. He showed me different types of cars that I would be interested in and I made a deal the same day. Due to personal matters with Bishoy, I had to finish the process with Mario Calle, an extremely nice Sales Consultant that explained everything step by step when buying my brand new car. He didn't rush the sell and my mom who had to co-sign would agree that he was excellent. After all the car procedures I was introduced to the Business Manager, Luis Garcia. He handled all the financial paper work and explained everything in detail. He is also someone who I would recommend for financial purposes. Lastly, after a few hours of the car process, everything was settled and Syed Rizvi congratulated me with my new 2014 honda civic.
