Great experience buying a car. Just recently and unexpectedly, I found myself in the market for a car. I had no idea what I wanted because I had every intention of keeping my Volvo Just recently and unexpectedly, I found myself in the market for a car. I had no idea what I wanted because I had every intention of keeping my Volvo for as long as I could. When I started my search I knew it would be tough as I had a limited budget to work with. I visited multiple dealerships but did not come any closer to making a decision on a car. A friend recommended looking at Acura's and suggested visiting Gary Force Acura as they had had great experiences. I went online and found a car I thought I would be interested in and went in for a test drive. The gentleman who helped me was Jeff George. I liked him and the car but I was also test driving another make and model from another dealer and told Jeff what I was doing. He went as far as to recommend who I should see at that dealer to make my experience a good one. I did visit the other dealer and drove the car I was interested in but had to see someone else because Jeff's recommendation was not available. I wanted to take both cars to my mechanic and Jeff was more than willing where the other dealer reluctantly agreed. The Acura came through with flying colors with just a few minor issues where the other did not. Gary Force addressed the issues but the other dealer got defensive when I pointed out what my mechanic found. With my decision to buy the Acura made, I went back and we agreed on a fair price. I'm quite happy with this vehicle and the service Jeff and others at Gary Force provided! Give Jeff a call, you will be glad you did! More

From a process standpoint, the one thing that I think could be done differently is how the warranty purchase decision is positioned. It would have been helpful if we were told to expect that we would be given information/pricing on extended warranties prior to going to financing. We had expected to go to financing to just finalize the loan , but being presented with another significant financial decision after having just made one is difficult. But, all in all, good experience. More

Excellent experience with Hanna After finding a few CR-V's in my area on CarGurus, my son and I took a drive over to Gar Force and I met with Hanna Spuandi. She was incredibly kind, After finding a few CR-V's in my area on CarGurus, my son and I took a drive over to Gar Force and I met with Hanna Spuandi. She was incredibly kind, cheerful, and very eager to answer any questions on the vehicle. My plan to was to take a few weeks and really shop around. Hanna's honesty, transparency, and kind attitude towards both me and my 5 year old son certainly caught my attention. After traveling for work and working out the final details over the phone, Hanna had offered to personally pick me up from the airport and bring me to the dealership to take delivery of the car. She had the vehicle detailed and full of gas. Although this one was of the lower end used cars on the lot, I was treaded as if I was buying a fully loaded MDX. I plan to work with Hanna again and highly recommend her. Closing the deal was with C.J. Mohler. She was incredibly kid, efficient, and personable. I enjoyed the entire experience which isn't usually the case with dealerships. This is not the case with Gary Force More
