"Maybe I need to quit my job. "

Everyone on a Monday morning was smiling at 8 am here when I pulled up. Typically Mondays are the hardest work day of the week. I was greeted by Greg schrecengost with smile and he stood up and shakes my hand ( respectable) also my first time here.Took care of my concerns of my car. So excellent service team from the mechanic to the cashier. So ! Maybe I need to come work here where everyone is happy to be here. Good job boys.

"Pre-roadtrip prep"

I scheduled oil change service prior to a road trip, and was seriously considering buying new tires due to a right pull on the vehicle (2015 Equinox). After discussing the situation with the service rep, he pointed out that tire rotation was complimentary and suggested a certain sequence might be helpful. I was hesitant because I was fearful the pull would worsen just prior to a long drive. When he offered to put it back if the pull increased no charge, I said go ahead. Guess what? The pull was gone and I was happy!

On this visit needed service was identified and I was on my in 1 and 1/2 hours. What was needed was easy to understand and completed in exactly the time I was told it would take. The time went fast with the WSJ and a coffee.

As long as you have a warranty I would recommend this dealership service center! Chris is awesome to work with. I do have to admit some places were a tad cheaper but again with my warranty I didn’t have to shop around!

Finished oil change before I had a free coffee and read the paper. Even rotated the tires and checked wheel alinement .Also washed the Vehicle Guess I will need to do some speed reading to give the mechanics a real challenge! Pete is a personable advisor that understands your needs. well done.
