EXTREMELY long wait time for just an oil change and tire rotation ( 11:30 appointment) arrived at 11:00, did not leave dealership until 1:35. On another visit to dealership spoke to them about a trade in on rotation ( 11:30 appointment) arrived at 11:00, did not leave dealership until 1:35.
