The finance manager and the salesman kept telling me to wait at least 3 months before I paid off my balance! What kind of business does this to a person? I think the salesman and the finance guy were making extra on me! Why make me finance it when I wanted to pay the same price for a cash deal? They upped the price if I were to pay cash! I am not impressed and I made sure I paid it off as soon as I got my first payment in the mail. This was last year and I have not recommended this dealership!

We would like to clarify a few details that may be helpful. The purchase price of the vehicle was the same whether you chose to finance or pay cash. The reason we suggested financing was to allow you to qualify for the additional $1,000 incentive through Kia Motor Finance. That incentive is not available on cash purchases. Our intention was simply to help you receive the extra $1,000 in savings. You would have the option to pay off the vehicle at any time after financing, but this structure ensured you did not miss out on that rebate. We apologize if this was not explained clearly during the process. Our goal is always to provide full transparency while helping our customers take advantage of every available savings opportunity.
