Kay was probably the only good part of my initial experience. Brought my car in on 08/27/24 for new brakes and an oil change. On 08/29/24 my car was ready to be picked up. My check engine light came experience. Brought my car in on 08/27/24 for new brakes and an oil change. On 08/29/24 my car was ready to be picked up. My check engine light came on after driving a distance of 12 miles. Called service dept to have my car looked at and was told they couldn’t take me in until October. I took it upon myself and figured out my oil was over at least a quart and a half. Took my car back (09/18/24) to have it corrected. No apologies were given just excuses that the technician wasn’t familiar with my make/model. After “fixing” the mistake, the check engine light came on again that same day AND my car was now leaking. Brought my car back in again (09/19/24) and I was told there was a cracked washer (which they replaced) and now I somehow have a cracked timing cover, valve cover and have an oil leak that I supposedly had but nobody informed me of. As I now have no confidence in your mechanics I will now be taking my car elsewhere. More
