While the oil change was done and promptly, I paid for a tire rotation that did not get done. I spoke to someone about it, and it took 3 days to be rectified. Gary Rome dealership in Enfield was a dream to work with. John Bruso was very knowledgeable about the cars. He did call after we purchased the car to see if we needed any help figuring out any of the feature John Bruso was very knowledgeable about the cars. My husband and I brought in our two cars to get our oil changes on a Saturday afternoon. Overall quick and easy experience, they even took care of my husband’s recall.
