Everything that I said needed to be looked at was looked at. However I was told that some of the things that I mentioned could not be duplicated. even though I didn't ask them to give me an Opinion on my w at. They're not broken. This just seems like another opportunity for Kia to sell stuff. I stated that the 12 volt receptacles did not work with my car charger. They were checked and I was told one of them did work and they would order the parts for the other one. I tested both after leaving Kia, 20 minutes each, and no charge was accelerated on my phone. When I called Kia later they said Well we'd have to look at it again in order to duplicate the problem. I don't get it. I said they don't work, Kia said one works, I tested them again, neither works. So I will have to go back and have them look at it again. More

Dealer is one of the emission testing centers in town. Service Dept. personnel very knowledgeable and provided accurate information about emission testing and time I could return to pickup my car.
