I was very disappointed with the service department. They needed to b change ..finally the 3 time they did it and told me if it still makes noise then it's the way I drive well for your information it did it ro me and my and my daughter so all 3 of us can't b bad...very very dissatisfied More

This past Monday, my wife and I went to Gary Rome Kia with the intention of trading in our current lease, a 2020 Kia Sportage EX for a new one. Being in our seventies, obviously, we have made numerou with the intention of trading in our current lease, a 2020 Kia Sportage EX for a new one. Being in our seventies, obviously, we have made numerous purchases from numerous dealers and dealt with their sales people. We had the good fortune to interact with Brian Boglisch(Sales Consultant) and Shaun Stevens(Finance Manager). To make a long story short, due to the state of the economy and thus the more limited amount of the particular vehicle we desired, they convinced us that it would be more beneficial,FOR US, to purchase our lease than to lease/buy a new Sportage, at this particular time. We were shocked at their honesty and the fact that they put us before their company! By the way, if they were to sell our 2020 Sportage, they would have made at least a six thousand dollar profit, not to mention the profit from us buying a new one. Needless to say, when we decide to lease/purchase again, it will be from them. Gary Rome should consider himself very fortunate to have employees of Brian and Shaun caliber, working for him. Incompetent, impersonal, unprepared, indifferent. The service manager was dismissive and indifferent to solving problems. Spent an hour on the phone with Kia to get an explanation, and Kia told us the dealer was incompetent. We’re told that the problem was unlikely to be a certain part (obc) while another dealer told us that absolutely was the problem. They had no idea what a chademo charger was, but told us they had a fast charger, but they did not. Basically don’t know how to service an electric vehicle. Couldn’t even record my name and email address correctly for this survey, but perhaps they’re just worried about what I’ll say… More
