Bringing my car in for service at Jerry Rome KIA is always easy. The staff is very kind and responsive, and they remember us and greet us warmly. Dealer experience was professional. One pushback would be that the current repair that is being worked through should have been resolved before vehicle was listed. I now need to make trips to the dealer to first, point out that there is an issue with the front end and secondly that I am spending time and money and having the inconvenience of not having a newly purchased vehicle.
