They have always paid attention to our needs. Our sales person Justin is fantastic (this is the 3 car we have bought from him. He makes sure each car meets our current needs. When I bought my car, I bought the extra maintenance agreement with it. I have had my car in several times to have things fixed but NEVER has this extra money I spent for maintenance helped. NEVER! And this last $600 bill for a sensor was the straw that broke the camel's back. I am just so angry about that. I would like to cancel this extra money I spend each month on this useless maintenance and I'll never get one again. How incredibly useless! Yes, I am ANGRY!!! More
