I have had my car 3 months and has been in service twice for tire issues. I have yet another issue with the tire and have been waiting 2 weeks for a loaner vehicle so they can take my car for a 3rd time. No for tire issues. Not confident this is the last issue with this car as I feel lied to and wonder what is not being told to me. Disappointing had great service with my salesmen (commission I get it) but no issues when I bought a cars years ago from Jerry was hoping for the same level of service. More

Hour and a half for an oil change. Too long. Also had a diagnostic test scheduled for same day but was told it would be a 2 hour wait, so I canceled that and it still took an hour and Too long. Employee at desk was professional. No issues there. Just the time frame. Maybe let customers know during initial appointment set up how long it will take, as I had an appointment scheduled right after thinking it would only take no more than 45min. First world problems at the end of the day, but you asked. 😉 More
