I guess providing a positive customer experience is NOT a top priority. You have had my car for over a week now and I cannot get anyone to call me back. This is the third time I have had my car in with the same issue and it's still not fixed. It is hard being without a car and I was not even allowed to have a loaner. I am not angry any more. I am beyond angry. When it comes time for me to get another car, I will not be returning to Gary Rome!

I had a 1:30 pm appt time and my car was in the service bay within 10min. The work was completed in an hour. The staff was prepared( had all the parts) and always professional and courteous. More
