I brought my car in for a diagnostic. My check engine light was on. I fixed it elsewhere hoping to save some money but what they said to do did not fix the problem. So I brought it back and then it was a different problem causing the same check engine code. Of course an almost $1200 job. This time I had them do the work. They said they had to order the part but my car would be done the next day...it wasnt. When I called to check on it I was told that actually it wouldnt be done until Monday, i dropped it off on a Thursday. But it wasn't even done Monday. Finally got my car back Tuesday afternoon. I was offered a complimentary carwash and vaccuum which they never did. I believe they were wrong with the original diagnosis which cost me $140 for the diagnostic and then $400 to fix. The second diagnostic they did not charge me for sense they were the ones fixing it. That job was almost $1200. Plus almost a week of paying for a rental. Definitely not satisfied at all with how things went. In the end though the second diagnostic and subsequent work did fix my check engine light and for that I AM grateful. But no i will not go back to this dealership for anything at all. More
