I had a 9:00AM appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. Very hectic when I arrived. Went inside and the Service Dept. confirmed what I wanted done and directed me to the wait lounge. The lounge had not coffee - hard to believe….NO COFFEE. I have never been to a car dealer that did not offer coffee! The lounge had cloth covered blue chairs. All of them are filthy with dirt and Grease on the chair arms. I waited fir a long time…FINALLY at 10:20AM …..80minutes after my scheduled appointment they came to get me to say the car was done. For a simple oil change - early in the morning - I had to wait 80+ minutes. More
