In the midst of the service department chaos on Monday morning, the staff (Danielle) was more than accommodating when they did not have to be. We were on vacation and our F150 had a critical failure in th morning, the staff (Danielle) was more than accommodating when they did not have to be. Danielle actually listened to our situation and performed admirably well to get us on the road. It was more than we could ask for and we are grateful for her attention. We live in Texas and was on a trip to Florida. My A/C went out so I took it to the dealership to have it looked at. They had my truck for 1 1/2 days and said they couldn’t duplicate the problem. Started back home to Texas and my A/C stopped working again 20 minutes from the dealership. Got my truck back home and took to local dealership and they found in the first hour that the A/C was very low on Freon and the A/C compressor was leaking Freon. Had my truck fixed within a day. I feel like since I was out of state they never even looked at my truck or tried to fix anything. More

So I complained and left the car again for the fix.they then send me a invoice with another 2k worth of work.nothing to do with the very loud whining.i declined the invoice because their so called mechanic was deceitful on inspection of the vehicle claiming things were good that wasn't and more expensive things were bad but we're good.they thought I was just a dumb woman who wouldn't know better.they wanted to replace my windshield wipers for over 200$.i declined cause i could do those myself.so in return they did not put my wipers back on securley and when I left the lot we had a tropical storm and as I'm driving down the highway 98 and turned on my wipers they flew off the car and i wss driving completely blind.i had my 7 month old and 2,year old grandkids in the car.they put my family in grave danger.i had to roll down my window stick my head out in the storm to try to see the white lines in the road so I would crash into something.And I still have to find someone to repair what I took it in there for.i do not recommend anyone taking their car here.when I went to pick up my car they totally blew me off and walked away.there was another woman in there also complaining she was charged a large amount of money yet they didn't fix what she brought her car in for originally.so I guess this is how they do business.i am going to file a Complaint.
