We made an appointment, arrived early and Tucker was able to get us in right away. Tucker and Drew were so friendly and helpful, making us feel like "home folk". The office gave us a T-shirt sprouting the Ford motto, "not built with your tax dollars" which John wears all over. Every one wants one. Was looking for a hatchback and had eye on Focus hatch. Was met at curb by Lee who introduced himself, asked some questions to determine my interest and proceeded to show me and my wife some of the Focus models. When he determined what i was trying to replace, he recommended I look at the C-Max. I had seen it on-line, but wasn't sure it was what I wanted. After seeing the features and driving it, I was impressed. I left with a good feeling about Lee, the dealership and the car. Although it too a while for me to be able to make the purchase, he never pushed and was courteous through the entire process. Long story short...I purchase the C-Max and so far it is everything I thought it would be. More

He was extremely friendly, polite, and professional despite the center being short a person checking customers in for their appointments. He did a very thorough job explaining the options I had for various services recommended at this mileage. He saved me money by subtracting the costs associated with anything I had recently had done for my automobile. Throughout the time I was at the dealership, he kept me informed of their progress and any issues they found that might need to be addressed. The rear brake pads needed replacing and he accompanied me into the billing office to be sure they set up an appointment for me ASAP to get that taken care of. He explained in advance, the estimated costs for today's visit and also gave me an estimate for the brake pads. Every step of the way, I knew exactly what to expect. I found the price for the quality of the work done to be an exceptional value. Tucker has a terrific attitude. I appreciate his positive outlook, even when he is under pressure. This is the second time I have brought my car to Gary Smith Ford for servicing since moving back to this area the end of 2013. Both experiences have been excellent. I highly recommend Gary Smith Ford for their superb friendly customer service, their professional expertise and exemplary quality of work, and for their reasonable prices for parts and labor. More
