I am very disappointed in Palm Bay Ford, For one this new General Manager TJ Ayo is very unprofessional I witnessed him cursing out one of his employees and telling the guy to get the F out of his dealership General Manager TJ Ayo is very unprofessional I witnessed him cursing out one of his employees and telling the guy to get the F out of his dealership, and this was in front of many customers like myself. I've never seen someone in a higher position behave in that manner, he will be the demise of Gary Yeoman's Palm Bay Ford if this behavior continues. I will be making a complaint to corporate about this incident! More

Replacing a bad tire I had a bubble form in one of my tires. It was a factory defect and still under warranty. I should have received an new one for free.
