Took my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis (61,200 miles) in for maintenance and service, first time since moving to FL in Aug. 2024. Was having issues with malfunctioning A/C and non-operating wind shield wiper p maintenance and service, first time since moving to FL in Aug. 2024. Was having issues with malfunctioning A/C and non-operating wind shield wiper pump. Was given an estimate of close to $2K for all that needed to be done, including "The Works" (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection). Had to leave my car overnight, which I assumed before going in. Was called the next afternoon letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up and that there was "really good news". Turns out that my estimate was going to be LESS THAN HALF of the estimate that I was previously told. Turns out that my A/C needed only a small part that the dealership already had in stock! TONY SWAIM IN THE SERVICE DEPT. IS AN ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! He saved me about $1,000! I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Gary Yeomans Ford and will definitely have all my future work done there. 😀⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Also, Derek the Shuttle Driver, was a fantastic conversationalist and a joy to meet! Went there on Tuesday to get my car serviced in the quick lane and the wait was 2 hours so I made an appointment for 9am the next morning. Got there and they put 4 cars in front of me. What don’t they unders lane and the wait was 2 hours so I made an appointment for 9am the next morning. Got there and they put 4 cars in front of me. I don't think you could do better than this, I did not even need to go anywhere, you came here and fixed the problem. What a great service. If I had to come in it would at least taken two hours.
