Service department, Chris Hartt was very disrespectful and not helpful at all completely unprofessional and I’ve tried to get ahold of a manager to clarify issues. Finally got David on the phone the manager and he was even worse than Chris, these guys are so unprofessional and not anyone I would recommend to deal with. Also we have previously purchased a truck from them in 2022 with cash and are treated like this is crazy. More

I should have left after I met the service manager I was assigned. Disrespectful, hanging up on warranty company, harassing the warranty inspector, authorized work to be done before warranty agreed to pay. assigned. His boss resolved the issues, BUT 4 days later I am now dealing with a rental bill that was never handled, even though it was discussed they would cover it. Never returning there, don't recommend them at all, I have had much better at a small town neighborhood garage. More
Took my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis (61,200 miles) in for maintenance and service, first time since moving to FL in Aug. 2024. Was having issues with malfunctioning A/C and non-operating wind shield wiper p maintenance and service, first time since moving to FL in Aug. 2024. Was having issues with malfunctioning A/C and non-operating wind shield wiper pump. Was given an estimate of close to $2K for all that needed to be done, including "The Works" (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection). Had to leave my car overnight, which I assumed before going in. Was called the next afternoon letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up and that there was "really good news". Turns out that my estimate was going to be LESS THAN HALF of the estimate that I was previously told. Turns out that my A/C needed only a small part that the dealership already had in stock! TONY SWAIM IN THE SERVICE DEPT. IS AN ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! He saved me about $1,000! I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Gary Yeomans Ford and will definitely have all my future work done there. 😀⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Also, Derek the Shuttle Driver, was a fantastic conversationalist and a joy to meet! Went there on Tuesday to get my car serviced in the quick lane and the wait was 2 hours so I made an appointment for 9am the next morning. Got there and they put 4 cars in front of me. I don't think you could do better than this, I did not even need to go anywhere, you came here and fixed the problem. What a great service. If I had to come in it would at least taken two hours.
