Had to go to service for two nails in two tires, or so I thought. Lee Mercier was phenomenal and awesome. He was honest with me and told me that I didn't have to patch two tires. My scheduled appointment was for recall service was 9:30AM. Made a point to verify length of service and was advised 2 hours. When I brought the vehicle in, I was advised 5+ hours...I had made the wrong type of schedule, nothing they can do. (I don't work in the service department nor the dealership and am unaware of how the business is run.) Bought my current vehicle from prior dealership (Palm Bay Ford) New car next year...not from Yeoman. More

Mr. Yeoman's efforts to achieve a 5 in service, is showing through. I am old school and have an older Ford Diesel that I love. Which means it is not a new computer controlled or diagnosable. Recently had a repair that didn't yield expected results. This is where service truly shows, what the organization is all about. Without any negativity, the team took the truck back in and turned it around before lunch. For me that speaks volumes, and a clear indicator for what is under the hood at Gary Yeoman Ford.
