Best dealership Yesterday I had come across a Jeep Wrangler online that I was interested in and started chatting with Gerald Morrison. We discussed a few details abou Yesterday I had come across a Jeep Wrangler online that I was interested in and started chatting with Gerald Morrison. We discussed a few details about the car and made an appointment for me to come look at it. Not only did I get a reminder text about my appointment but I was also told that the Jeep was already waiting for me in front of the showroom. When I showed up for my appointment I was immediately greeted and taken to Gerald. That might not seem like that big of a deal to most but the day prior I had gone to another Jeep dealership and had an appointment, when I arrived I was not greeted at all and was forced to stand around for 25 mins before even getting help. The other dealership also acted as if they didn't know which car I had even come to look at when I had told them specifically which one it was when making the appointment. After talking a little we went to look at the car and take it out for a test drive. Now I had already driven the exact same model Wrangler at a different location the day prior so I kind of had an idea how it road but that was it. Gerald actually told me everything about the Wrangler, not only the differences between my Wrangler and the one I was test driving but also things I was not even told at the other dealership. He showed me how to work everything from the radio, to the ac, the voice control, the blind spot sensors, I mean everything! When we got back what I thought was going to be the hardest part(sitting down and talking about the price and all that) was actually the easiest most painless part of all. Like I have already mentioned I had looked at a car the day prior at another dealership when I had finished my test drive with this other dealership and went to sit down and look at the price they had actually raise the price from the price they had advertised it and not by a small amount either. So with that being in the back of my mind I was nervous about sitting down this time to go over everything. I was pleasantly surprised that I was worried for nothing. Gerald made everything painless and easy for me. Not once did I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me the way I had felt in the other dealership. He explained all the paperwork to me and didn't try to confuse me, which was wonderful because paperwork is not my strong suit. When we were finally all done with everything he took me out to my new car, programmed my phone with the car and even explained/showed me how to program everything. He even showed me how to take every window and door off. Now that might not seem like a big deal to most but I had bought a Wrangler before years ago at a different location and once I had signed the paperwork they basically gave me my keys and showed me the door and I had to figure out everything on my own. Not here! Gerald walked me through every little step! He went above and beyond any other experience. To be totally honest I was nervous at first to walk into a dealership by myself and to look at a car because typically people try to sell me stuff I don't need or they try to take advantage of me when it comes to the price. When I left here I could not have felt more comfortable and happy! It truly was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car! More

I bought a 2020 Jeep gladiator from Brad recently. I was very skeptical of this truck meeting my needs coming from a diesel but Brad went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. When I arrived I was greeted by Daniel Thombs and we jumped into finding the right truck. I was already comfortable with most of the features but there were a few where I was on the fence. Daniel took the time to explain the options and ultimately helped me to make the right decision. This seems common sense but what I was most impressed with is how he "helped" yet I didn't feel pressured. In past experiences, it typically felt like I was pushed into what was always the higher priced option. In this case, Daniel truly appeared more interested in finding what would be the best fit for me. After working out the financial arrangements (also a surprisingly pleasant experience), Daniel walked me through all of the features and made sure I understood how everything operated. All in all, I think the whole process took a few hours and I was able to drive off the lot completely satisfied with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Gastonia CDJR and especially Daniel Thombs. More

We were in the market for a used 2015/16 Ford Edge Titanium to replace my wife's 2013 Ford Edge SEL, we had looked at several before finding our eventual purchase on line at Gastonia Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram. After several text messages an appointment to view and drive was made with Gerald Morrison a salesman after my own heart, old school, honest, full of integrity and oozing character, a real pleasure to deal with, oh did I forget knowledgeable. All of the people in the dealership were very pleasant as was the atmosphere, the financial manager we dealt with James McElroy was cast in the same vein as Gerald Morrison, thank you both. For making our used car purchase one of the best experiences ever and in a very professional manner. More
I've bought a few cars from a few different dealerships in the past, new and used, and I have to question why I bothered with any other dealership in the past. Gastonia CDJR was amazing! It might have been chance Jon Durham (5 stars for sure!) walked out while my husband and I were looking at the stock they did have on hand, but he quickly proved to be the best salesman for me. I did my research, I knew what I wanted, and Jon recognized and respected that immediately. They did not have the vehicle I wanted on hand at the time, so Jon promised to call the moment they had a similar model for me to test drive. Now, I'm not going to question the magic of Gastonia CDJR, but the phone call from Jon wasn't to tell me they had a similar model, but rather to tell me they received the EXACT vehicle I had come in searching for the week prior. So unexpected, hence why I'm not questioning the magic that is Gastonia CJDR. To top it off, we worked out an amazing deal to the point I couldn't say no. Other dealerships would have been a fight, but not Gastonia CDJR. I'm also appreciative of James McElroy with the Finance Dept. He was wonderful to work with too! Overall quite pleased with my entire experience and highly recommend Gastonia CDJR, Jon Durham, and James McElroy. More

You've all heard stories about being targeted on a dealer lot, not true with Gastonia Chrysler. At the other dealer (who shall remain nameless), I literally felt like the last turkey on Earth on the first day of open season. Doug Fogarty with Gastonia Chrysler met us outside and it was like this man was put here to help me buy my first new car. Like I was walking up to family and all the anxiety of the experience just melted away. Without a doubt, I recommend Doug to anyone I know and to any future buyers reading this now. James McElroy our Finance Manager was also top notch. I can see how financing usually gets overlooked when throwing the "kudo's" out. I mean this is the person that assigns you your new small mortgage, but it takes a great amount of finesse and debonairness to not only hand you your new small mortgage but also make you feel good about it in the process. There is a balancing act to achieving this and James gives the impression that he wakes up every morning shining with this excellence. With Doug and James at Gastonia Chrysler you cannot go wrong.
