A wonderful experience I went into the dealership with the hope that I would leave with a new car. I have had some issues with my credit, as most have in this economy, and n I went into the dealership with the hope that I would leave with a new car. I have had some issues with my credit, as most have in this economy, and never dreamed I would actually leave not only in a new car, but in my dream car! I worked with Mike Gomes and from the conversation on the phone before I went into the dealership to signing the paperwork he went above and beyond! A lot of people who are salesmen are only there to get commission and will tell you any and everything they can to get you to buy something, no matter if you are going to go bankrupt making payments. Mike was the complete opposite of your typical salesman. Before we looked at anything, he got my information, asked about how much I wanted my payments to be, made sure that I wasn’t going to struggle with a higher payment than I currently had, and figured out which car was right for me. Turns out it was exactly what I wanted!! Mike is honestly just a really nice guy and it was like I was buying my car from a friend. TQ and Michael Todd are two others that made this experience super easy! Michael found the right lender for me and got me a lot more for my trade than I expected. TQ got me lower payments than we originally thought and a better warranty, plus she is such a sweetheart! We were in her office for about an hour, and were talking about random things more than we were actually signing paperwork. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and these amazing employees! I will never go anywhere else!!!!!!!! More

I sent my husband to test drive the vehicle, and then immediately left. Once Gerald had numbers for me to review, we had a brief phone convo. I told him where I needed to be as a bottom line, and to call me back if this was agreeable. Within 15 mins of my husband leaving the dealership, we had a deal. The next day, we set a time to sign the papers. The vehicle was pulled to the front, and was immaculately clean for delivery. We were in the dealership less than 30 mins. Gerald provided an exceptional car buying experience. He exceeded my expectations, was courteous, genuine, and professional. I would recommend Gerald to anyone I knew in the market for a new vehicle. Ms. Payne was our finance manager. She had documents ready for signature. Offered and explained the additional programs we were interested in. Documents were signed and paperwork placed neatly in an envelope for our records. She was extremely professional and provided a speedy process and experience. More

I truly enjoyed my visit to the Dodge dealer. Dan Craig was my salesman and James McElroy was my finance person. Both were exceptional and answered all of my questions. The whole team was patient with me coming back a day later to make my decision on purchasing the Jeep. Jeremiah is the man!!! His personality is great and he comes across as caring and honest. I found a car with less mileage for the same price in a different color at Indian trail Jeep but one of the reasons I came back to but it from y’all was Jeremiah. He’s just an all around great guy and a great asset to your team! He deserves a raise! I’ve never had so much fun signing financial papers! Te’quila was professional, knowledgeable and fun!
