He was very helpful in every aspect, even suggesting that I special order a vehicle. So, I made a visit to the dealership and spoke with Gerald in person. He helped me make the decision to not special order, since I might miss out on some of the incentives that are currently being offered. He is the total package! Saving grace We visited the Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram Dealership to look at purchasing a new vehicle despite having just purchased a vehicle from a deal We visited the Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram Dealership to look at purchasing a new vehicle despite having just purchased a vehicle from a dealership back home no less than 2 months prior and still owing more than we were going to get for it. Upon coming into the dealership we were greeted with nothing but pleasant faces and great attitudes. Carlos was amazing at assisting us in finding vehicles within our price range, and with the options that we were looking for. Previously in purchasing vehicles as I'm sure most of us have experienced you will tell the salesman/woman what you are looking for and the price range that you want to stay in, only to be ignored by them and badgered to look at vehicles well out of your price range. That was NOT the case at all with Carlos. Carlos listened to everything we were looking for and needed, and did everything he could to find every vehicle on the lot that fit our needs. Furthermore, he ensured that he spoke with the manager about our needs to ensure that we could leave with a vehicle and out of our other vehicle. At the end of the day everyone that we dealt with ensured that we were able to leave with a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee, that was in our price range.
