First-time buyer I went in there with the goal of buying the charger that I have literally been reviewing for the past three weeks. Mark in Sales did a great job helping me with that. James the Finance manager also was great, very friendly and professional. Michael with management had great customer service and helped me as well. Kaleb and Austin were just nice and courteous salesmen in general. Very polite and just really cool, made me feel comfortable being there. I'm very big on customer service and they did an awesome job. By the end of this experience, I drove out in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger that I walked in and said I wasn't leaving without. Oh and to add, I definitely did my price searching on 2018 chargers all around the Carolinas north and south and it had one of the lowest prices with the color and model I wanted! I recommend this dealership out of all of them, and I don't even reside in the Gastonia area. They have a huge variety so your choices are endless. If you want GREAT customer service along with a team of Professionals I suggest this dealership 100%. You guys did an awesome job, Thank you again! More

November 20, 2018 Oil Change Alex greeted me as soon as I walked into the service department and advised me what I needed to do. He was very polite and assured me he would help me. And he did. My oil was changed, got a new filter, tires were rotated, and U65 Safety Recall was taken care of. Rebecca checked me out and provided my receipt. However, I do not remember meeting Lee Hyde, the Fixed Operations Director. I have absolutely no complaints. More
