I came in today to a routine transmission fluid change After two and a half hours when they brought my car back to the gates and was about to give you my keys the representative mentioned there change After two and a half hours when they brought my car back to the gates and was about to give you my keys the representative mentioned there is a huge oil leak under the car He said that would cost $1,000 to repair I got to mention that I work on cars and I know my car is in a perfect condition also my driveway is absolutely clean from oil Now after visiting in this place my car is leaking I can see drops dripping under the car The representative didn't care and wasn't explaining much at all I asked can I see the leak at least? so he took me to the parking lot and told me to lay flat on the asphalt pointing at the dark corner under the car and told me that that's where it is What a shameful unprofessional experience It's good I'm not another person or pregnant woman A professional dealership that's do a good service would have let the customer know while the car still in service and I would have said yes just fix it please without thinking about it at all But this dealership just wanted to keep on to the next job so they can make as much money as they can Telling me to lay down on the asphalt so they can show me what I need to pay $1,000 for Also I made the appointment for transmission fluid change which they didn't have the filter I had to wait extra time for them to get it My car was in a perfect condition before servicing in this dealership and my driveway was absolutely clean from oil stains when I came back home today with the car Now I can see oil dripping down 4 and 1/2 hours later I got an email saying what needs to be fixed in the van after a bunch both angry phone calls from me . Manager just gave me a bunch of excuses Saying that the technicians only fix what they were told and sometimes they see other issues Such an unprofessional statement To spot a dripping oil leak was too hard for your technician? Was it too hard to let the customer know there is a situation that should be addressed? I just feel scammed and how unprofessional this place and those employees were absolutely shameful way to conduct business. Came in to change fluid Came out with a hole and huge leaking problem Do not go near this place More
