Horrible! Never Again! I would never return to this dealership and I would tell people if they value their money to stay away at all cost. Thought I was gonna make a deal on I would never return to this dealership and I would tell people if they value their money to stay away at all cost. Thought I was gonna make a deal on the 2013 White Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 with 45,000 miles on it. While test driving the brakes had a shake and vibration when applied among a few other issues. We even took it to our own ASE certified mechanic and he confirmed the brake issue. After three test drives the salesman became irritated because he finally felt the shake after trying to cover it up by holding the steering wheel tighter. The car still shook. All I wanted was for them to resurface the front rotors to fix the vibration in the front wheel and I would take the car. The salesman then told us that we should just fix the rotors ourselves after we bought the car. I'm sorry but no one should have to put their vehicle in the shop the day they buy it and pay for it themselves, new or pre-owned. That's not how it works. So I went and told the manager about the salesman's attitude and that how he said we should fix the car ourselves. I asked him if he was willing to loose a sale over resurfacing front rotors to give the customer piece of mind about buying the jeep. The manager then became confrontational telling me how they have gave and gave and that I haven't gave anything towards the deal, that they shouldn't have to fix a broke car in order to sell it to a customer. It's not my job to compromise on a car deal. I'm not the one trying to sale a vehicle. That was all I needed to know and I said well you just lost this sale and I will never do business with Gastonia Dodge and I will warn everyone I know about them. My biggest concern is if the vehicle passed their certified pre- owned inspection and had brake issues along with other problems, then there is a bigger problem at hand and someone is not doing their job, letting vehicles with issues be sold. Just remember they lost a sale over resurfaced rotors, not new ones or even brake pads. Just resurfaced ones to give me piece of mind. To them you're the problem and they are doing you a favor by letting you buy from them. No thank you. I or anyone else shouldn't have to risk getting into a confrontation and being talked down to because we call you on your lies. Never again and I will be notifying corporate headquarters of the altercation. More

Carlos Ratto was very polite, and answered all of our questions, and everyone at the dealership was exceptionally polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and if I ever have any further vehicle purchase needs, I would definitely shop this dealer first. More

He let me test drive and did all the typical salesman stuff. He made sure I got my vehicle cleaned and fueled after purchase as well. My only suggestion would be to read over your paperwork. I could have saved myself a lot of money by financing with my own bank but I let the excitement of getting a new vehicle distract me. The numbers on my contract were worked around to benefit the dealership also. If I was telling a friend thinking about buying from here i would say be careful and read all the numbers carefully. More

I chose Dodge over the other 30 Corporate local recommended vendors because I also only buy all of my personal vehicles from this Dealership. I was worried about how much time the whole process would take, being that these were Commercial Fleet Vehicle Purchases. I was in and out in 30 minutes from meet, greet, paperwork, finance and all. Daniel went above and beyond to earn my Company business and we will continue this relationship without any issues! That I am sure of! The whole team was awesome from the finance (Tim), sales manager (Jason) and the other Sales Reps as well. Each one made it a point to acknowledge me and introduce themselves, knowing I was Daniel's customer. That speaks a lot about their character and are just great people in general. More
