Ram Rebel Purchase This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Gerald and he makes it an easy transaction. I have bought from several dealerships and Gerald by far This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Gerald and he makes it an easy transaction. I have bought from several dealerships and Gerald by far knows more about what he is selling than any other car salesman I've ever had. He knows about all the extras, gadgets, systems and packages as well as the performance and capabilities. Brian also made the finance part a breeze. Both were a great help. Very pleased with this dealership and the service department. I had to have another key made and Mud guards installed and Keith in service made that easy as well. Butch in parts took time to show me all the options for a bed cover as well and was very pleasant. If it weren't for Gerald when I found out the dealership was now owned with Lake Norman I would've left. I had also bought several from Lake Norman but didn't recieve the same professional atmosphere and manners that I have found in Gastonia. So far so good, keep up the good work. More

I worked with Kelvin and I didnt feel that "hurry up and sign" pressure when he helped me find my Jeep. I felt relaxed and it was easy to get in get what I wanted and leave. Kelvin was super nice and a US Army Veteran. Next time I go to get a new vehicle I'm going there and working with him, as I suggest all of you do. Courteous, straight-forward approach We found a car on the internet, one model year old, priced to move. Didn't notice the "small print" in the add about qualifying for all the discounts to get to that price. However, with modest amount of haggling, we got to an agreeable price on the car and a fair price on our trade in. The only thing I didn't like is the dealer charges for doc fees and admin costs - a personal issue but I don't like those added on and then negotiated away. They are a cost of doing business just like the electric bill or the salesman's commission - don't use them to run up the price so I have to negotiate harder to get a bigger "discount" to get to the eventual sales price. We were very pleased with the sales force. Our salesman was new but eager and straightforward. His associate was very knowledgeable and did a great jog showing us some of the controls/features on the car. All in all, a good experience. More
