They wrecked my Challenger On May 25, 2015, I purchased a 2015 Challenger. I paid for a spoiler to be installed. Jeremiah told me that it would take 3-5 days to get the part an On May 25, 2015, I purchased a 2015 Challenger. I paid for a spoiler to be installed. Jeremiah told me that it would take 3-5 days to get the part and he would call me to schedule the installation. 2 weeks went by and I had to call multiple times to inquire about it. Not once did he call me. After another 2 weeks and multiple excuses; they ordered the wrong part, the part was damaged; I drove to the dealership and asked about it in person, again, not one phone call. After another week, I called and was told the part was in and at that time I scheduled an appointment to have the spoiler installed. At 9am on June 30, 2015, I took my Challenger (that had 1069 miles on it and the mpg was 24.8) and Jeremiah said he would personally take it to the body shop and that I would have it back in 3-5 days. I got a voicemail at 12:00 that my car had been in an accident. I went to the dealership and they told me that another customer hit my car when Jeremiah was driving it around to pick up the part. At this point I said I wanted a new car, because they wrecked mine. GM, Ron Lovelace said that was not an option. He said they would get it fixed with all new parts, no bondo, that I should have the car back within 1 week. After 5 weeks at the body shop, I finally got my car back. It had 617 additional miles on it and the mpg was 19.5. Rebecca Fox brought me the keys and asked if there was a problem. I said YES, there are an additional 600 miles on my car!! She asked what she could do and I said I wanted to speak with the general manager. When I ask Ron, GM, about this he told me that no one from the dealership drove it and he said the owner of the body shop said no one from his shop drove it, except to and from the dealership/bodyshop. You don't make a purchase of this magnitude without knowing the little things about your new car that makes it special. I asked to see the service ticket with the mileage and was told they didn't do one. After driving away from the dealership, I noticed the car was pulling to the left. I took it to my mechanic and he did an alignment on it: the front end was almost an inch out of toe and the rear was 1/4 inch out of toe. But no one drove it!! I did more invesitgation of the bumper to bumper warranty that I paid nearly $3000 for and found out it was only good at this dealership and that it did NOT cover any of the drive train. On August 4, 2015 I went to the dealership and canceled the add on warranty. Brian told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to process. On October 9, 2015, I called Brian and asked the status, because it was past 8 weeks. He told me that his contract guy checked on it and that the check had come to them and that they would send the check to my finance company "either today or tomorrow, it will go out Fed Ex, it should be there in 3 days." On October 24, 2015, I agian went to the dealership and asked Brian for an update, because I still did not have the money credited to my finance contract. He said that it should have been taken care of already. He assured me that he would call me with an update on October 26, 2015 between 9 and 10 am. At 6 pm, I left a voicemail and sent him an email with my contract account number and asked why I have not had an update as promised. At 6:30 pm, I received a voicemail that the check was sent out to my finance company today!!!!!!! This has been the worst experiance that I have ever had with ANY dealership. They got my money and did NOT care about any follow through. I will discourage anyone that is thinking of buying a vehicle from them!!! More

Upon arrival to our meeting, I was introduced to Rod Heinle and he lead me through the entire sales process. Everything went smoothly and I bought the car that I wanted within my price range. Even though I didnt know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle at the time, Rod took me out for practice and even drove the car home for me that night after the store was closed. Signing and faxing over all of my paper work from my lender to the dealership was a easy and smooth process as well with the help of Tim. Unsatisfied Customer I have been a customer of this dealership for about 15 years. The past 2 cars I have purchased from here have gave me nothing but problems, but this l I have been a customer of this dealership for about 15 years. The past 2 cars I have purchased from here have gave me nothing but problems, but this last one has been ridiculous and I am getting no help what so ever from the service department on fixing the problem. I have a 2013 Avenger and approximately a year after having the car I starting having problems with it, off and on, not shifting past 2nd gear but once you turn the car off and cranked it back up it would be fine. I took it to the Dodge place and they asked me if I was sure I had it in the right gear!! Finally one day it done it to me and the service dept. was still open so I had to risk driving my car to the dealership for them to see what I was talking about. This time they replaced a part on it and sent me on my way. A couple months later it done it again so I had risk driving it yet again to the dealership. Of course this time they plugged it in and got a code. I had to wait a few days and take it back for them to give me a rental car so they could try to figure out what was going on. In the end, they changed the computer in my car. They had my car for 2 weeks. They had two Avengers in the dealership with the same issue. I pick my car up and notice now it is shifting gears harder than it was before and the brake light kept coming on so I had to make an appt. for a oil change and for them to check on these problems. They said the brake light was because the brake fluid was low and the transmission that I have in my car shifts harder than other cars do!! These are all unacceptable excuses to me. My car never shifted like this before. They do not seem to want to listen to the customer, the person that drives the car and knows how the car runs on a daily basis!!! Will be trading this car in soon but will not be at this dealership or for a Dodge!!! More
