We arrived at the dealership with out an appointment on Sunday. The salesmen was working with other customers but help us with the vehicle we were looking for . I went into the dealership this past weekend just to browse through the new Jeep Grand Cherokees. I own a 2007 and would like to upgrade to the 2014 soon. Nate was very kind and greeted me and my fiancé on the lot. I told him I didn't have great credit and still owed a good amount on my current Jeep. Nate said that didn't matter and was kind enough to pull around a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee (it was cold outside and he told us to wait inside... very kind). We got in the Jeep and he showed us all the bells and whistles and answered all our questions very well. I told him a few times that if he needed to move on to another customer, that was fine. I didn't want to waste his time. But Nate kept saying it was fine and we felt comfortable and not rushed or pushed. We went back inside where Nate pulled my credit report. Like I had said, it wasn't pretty. I half expected him to laugh and kindly shuffle us out the door. But no, he didn't. He helped me lay out a plan so I could raise my credit score over the next year and hopefully get into that 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee before the end of this year. All in all, Nate went above and beyond every step of the way. I am now hooked on the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and when the time comes, I will travel back to Gastonia from my home in Raleigh to purchase it... from Nate. More
