We have dealt with McKenney Chrysler for the last 18 years, and had been very pleased with our sales and service experiences. (Our service contact, Chris Carlisle, has been outstanding - even coming to our home to pick up a car for service when needed!) We didn't know what to expect when the dealership changed hands, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that the new dealership kept all that McKenney had, along with new perks for doing business with them. This past weekend, we traded in our 9-year old minivan (bought and serviced at McKenney) for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The new sales and management staff were just great - they gave us a very fair price on the trade-in, and were reasonable with the cost of the Overland. Ok I have been to other dealers and everybody didn't wanted to help me. It was a lot of red tape. Seen the Chrysler 200 was on sale, I went in to see what kind of sale it was. Danny (sale man) asked if he could help me and I asked him about the sale he told me it was on a new car (2013) he introduced me to Dan (sales manager) Dan told me the sale was the 4th of July sales event. it was a great sale. I told him it would not help me cause I have been turned down every where. I told him my score and he said he could do it. well what the heck one more time. about 5 mins later he said he got it done for me and danny to pick out a 2013 200. WOW! I was blown away. this place is alsome, very nice, not push you into a sale, I WILL BE BACK. I will tell everybody to buy a car there. They do what they tell you. I normally do not enjoy the sales experience of purchasing a new vehicle however my experience at Gastonia Chrysler was awesome! Jeremiah was not pushy and was an effective listener when it came to my situation and what I needed in a new vehicle. Ron was very down to Earth and approachable for being the GM.
