Before making the almost two hour drive to the dealership I spoke with Jason, the sales manager, to make sure we had an agreement on the price. Once I arrived Arturo had the truck ready and I decided to see what they would offer me for my current car. I had an idea of what I would take and they can back on the high side of what I was thinking. They were quick with paperwork and tending to my transaction. I never felt like they were taking longer than needed. The last step of car buying is always the dreaded finance office. Mike made this part just as quick and easy as the rest of my time at the dealership. All of the paperwork was correct and ready for me to sign. There was no pressure to buy coverage or spend extra money on things I did not want. I have seriously walked out of a dealership at this point in a transaction in the past after getting angry at a finance manager. Mike could not have done a better job. He answered my questions, explained the documents, and gave me a copy of everything we signed. I met back with Arturo and he gave me the keys to my new truck, reviewed how to operate some of the trucks features and wished me a safe drive home. I sat in the truck for a minute feeling like I was missing something. It was all too smooth and enjoyable. This was the first time I left a dealership after purchasing a new vehicle that I wasn't mad. Usually there is at least a moment or two that you look back on and think, "that could have been handled better".
