I scheduled an appointment online after not being able to get through on the phone, he called me and was confused with what I was scheduling. Not sure how much clearer it could be since it was done in an online system designed by them. I need my rear brakes replaced and I need them to fix my horn which they messed up last time they gave me an oil change. The incompetence is running rampant at this location. Years of going here mean nothing to them. Run in the other direction.

Good Morning. I apologize about the confusion on the online appointment. The vender that we are required to use does not transpose the information fully at times to the dealership computer as we would like and in some cases we need to call the customer to go over the items to make sure the appointment goes as the customer wishes. I tried calling multiple times but your phone rings once and does not go to voice mail. If you would like to call me please dial 860-456-0055 today and press zero and ask to have me paged. My truck was in for GM recall work. It was promised by 2:00 p.m. and was ready at 11:00 a.m. I picked it up and left the dealership. Later in the day I noticed the lane warning function was no longer operable after the software update. I stopped back to the dealership after 5:00 p.m. and Mark found a technician that was about to leave for the day. The tech (I believe it was Justin) agreed to stay and take a look after a new update was issued on the software. After about 30 minutes the issue was resolved. I appreciated Mark's efforts and Justin's dedication in staying late to resolve this issue. That is great customer service!
