He quickly educated me with details and was prepared for all questions asked of him. Ryan communicated documents necessary to secure the deal. Made me feel comfortable like I was not bothering with all my concerns. He then delivered the car driven by Martin, who continued my experience in a positive manner. He described every ounce of my car with clear direction. He was positive and calming as my anxiety was bordered because of my precious experience which caused me to loose trust in a quality dealership. Martin then followed my with more info regarding services I will be receiving. Again the whole experience definitely has made a great impact on me and co workers and family cannot wait to see my car.
