Went into the dealership to buy truck but they ande a good job of discouraging me. They looked down on me like I was an ignorant. I am an engineer and could have bought the truck cash if I wanted. Im disgusted at being told I might have forged a document ( in front of other customers) Gates gave to me on Friday that I waited 4 hrs on my car to have to come back on Thursday for more work and its still ( in front of other customers) Gates gave to me on Friday that I waited 4 hrs on my car to have to come back on Thursday for more work and its still acting funny. They had my truck for 86 days at the beginning of the year. Communication was not good. When I took it in for this oil change my appt was at 8 am. There was no communication from the advisor.
