I brought my truck for service oil change tire rotation was told they don't rotate tires anymore just put the back ones on the front then they didn't redo the sensors so they now are in the wrong positions was told they don't rotate tires anymore just put the back ones on the front then they didn't redo the sensors so they now are in the wrong positions and they didn't even check the air pressure. So I'm not sure that they checked the rest of the fluids just sad More

For the most part, very good. I dealt with the sales department. I bought a used Ford Escape and the next time I come back I will definitely ask MORE QUESTIONS. I never got the Carfax report as I was informed I could have, there were a few problems with the car - such as - an oil leak, a rusty brake disc, plastic hanging from under the car was NOT repaired as promised, and the heat fan doesn't work on one of the settings. I will talk to Travis about these things. More
