Austin and Gabriella went above and beyond when I had an issue with my new car less than 30 days after purchasing it. The original dealership kept pushing the issue off to just get my vehicle in to be looke issue with my new car less than 30 days after purchasing it. Austin and Gabriella got my car in the very next day, quickly took care of the minor issue, and treated both me and my vehicle with exceptional care and professionalism throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about the level of customer service they provided. Their willingness to step in and help when another dealership wouldn’t has absolutely earned my business. I’m impressed with the knowledge of the staff when it comes to the questions about the questions I have re: my 4-Runner . Anything from battery, tire pressure and especially the settings thing about all comes to the questions about the questions I have re: my 4-Runner . I wouldn't make an appointment for service it doesn't matter. I like Gates but very disappointed I wasn't told about the shield that covers the oil pan was loose and it almost fell off when I am driving matter.
