Pleasantly Surprised I brought my 2017 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and tire rotation. They determined that I also needed two air filters. My prior experience with th I brought my 2017 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and tire rotation. They determined that I also needed two air filters. My prior experience with the Service Department resulted in an unnecessarily long waiting time. Consequently, my oil change this time was free. The staff of the Service Department are always friendly and very knowledgeable. It was such a surprise when I went to pay, that Pamela advised me "there would be no charge for any of the service." It's not often that a corporation places customer service in front of profits. Kudos to Pamela and Gates Nissan! I would recommend Gates Nissan and their Service Department to everyone.
