Excellent Sales But Closing Needs Improvement Ronnie Leet was exceptional. I don't like pressure sales, and he did not do that. He answered every question I had during the test drive and afterward by e-mail. When I decided to purchase, he was very helpful. Unfortunately my experience after that was not so good. A nice lady was brought in to talk about insurance and mentioned changing to Allstate. This was really a waste of my time since I was very happy with my current insurance company. The finance person was not so good, I wanted to pay for the new vehicle and not finance. On a previous visit I had talked about putting a portion of the payment on my credit card with a different finance person. It was no problem then but when I finally purchased the vehicle, there was a limit of $2,500. When I questioned this, I was told they could possibly go up to $4,000. I gave him my card and he ran it for the $2,500 "after talking to the manager" who I never met. Once he took my check, I was ushered out of his office and left in the lobby--not given any direction on where to go next. Luckily Ronnie Leet saw me as I was walking out the door to my new vehicle and went over the vehicle with me and even synced my phone to the vehicle. The finance person had also explained that someone would call me the next Monday to schedule my Xzilon treatment. No one called except for Ronnie Leet later in the week. He was interested in how I like my vehicle (very courteous call). I mentioned that I had not received a call about the treatment and he said he would take care of it. He did and I received a call a few hours after talking with him. I never saw a manager during the entire process.and no manager greeted or congratulated me on my purchase--very disappointing for the amount of money I spent. There were three men sitting behind computers who waved as I went out the door, but I have no idea who they were. I love the vehicle and really liked my salesperson, but don't expect much after the sale is made. More

Great friendly service I called without an appointment and ask if I could come in for a oil change. Even though there was 2 others scheduled during the time I wanted to come I called without an appointment and ask if I could come in for a oil change.
