As soon as we walked in the door there was nothing but excellent service. Everyone was extremely nice trying to make sure we was well taken care of within minutes. The bank was taking a while with getting back to them to let them know if we approved for the loan, so the General Manager was nice enough to ask us if we wanted to go ahead and leave for the day so he could give us a call if the bank approved our loan. Our vehicle had to be transferred from one dealership to the Richmond dealership and it was there Monday morning like they said it would be. When we seen our vehicle it was perfect. They cleaned it back up from the drive up and showed us all the features to it. Jamie Gibson and Scott Witt was excellent with handling our needs. We were more than satisfied with this dealership that when we need another vehicle we will be going back there! Which is saying a lot because we originally were wanting a Honda Pilot. We will also be referring everyone we know that wants a new car to go to Nissan in Richmond Kentucky. More

When we bought our Rogue yesterday he went through all paperwork and brought us inside with the ride where it was warm, and went through each and every detail of how things work. He is the BEST...
