Waited at home Saturday morning for a phone call to come back to finish paperwork before deciding to just leave our house at 10:30am to go to dealership to find out what was going on. Communication could have been better Friday night and Saturday. I know there was an issue with a credit freeze on my bureau but it was 7:30pm (well over two hours already at dealership) until we found that out - when I had completed an application online over my lunch that afternoon. All that time sitting at the dealership kind of frustrated me. More
