Was never done. Grant it I should have asked questions and read what I was signing, I didn’t think I had a reason to question anything. Too trusting I guess. Gave me my copies on thumb drive, get home and its blank, didn’t get my copy until 4 days after I signed and only after several calls and messages. Decided to try Gateway for service after using a different dealership previously. That was a mistake. Nothing about my service would make me want to go back. After one employee thought it was ok to different dealership previously. That was a mistake. Nothing about my service would make me want to go back. After one employee thought it was ok to leave their trash in my vehicle it makes me wonder whether or not the maintenance was even completed correctly. I reviewed them on another site and the Service director did follow up with a phone call. He left a message wanting to know what happened. Because I missed his call I ended up texting him back and included pictures of the trash left behind. After seeing the pictures, he apparently didnt think it was concerning enough to follow up again. Maybe this is just what you should expect from this dealership, I dont know. Wouldnt go back regardless. More
