Overall the experience was not bad. I felt like I was getting the runaround. I was willing to pay cash and put a $5000 dollar deposit down over the phone to hold it for a day because I was coming from out of town I would have appreciated you to just honor it and not try to make me jump through hoops. Respect the employee discount instead of making the remark that I was trying to take advantage of it. It is a benefit my dad earned while working for GM for 30 years….lastly It would have been nice for the young lady to go over the new features of the truck instead of just suggesting to google it. More

I thought the dealership was fair and Dwayne was upfront about fees. I did have a few problems though, first my truck got scratched before taking delivery and the manager said I only get the 36 month warra about fees. In addition he forced us to complete our purchase before taking delivery, paint needed repair even thought we had put 1000.00 down. Needless to say, I liked Dwyane but disliked the manager. Another thing was discouraging, it took me almost 3 weeks to get my Chevy points. Dywane did give me a half a tank of deisel, but it took two calls to My Chevy amd close to three weeks to finally get my points added to my account. Not too happy about this. More
