We have purchased our first ever Subaru. We were not planning on a Subaru but decided to test drive one as our experince visiting other delaerships was not all that great. We were sold immediately. The experience in dealing with Crystal right from the get go was fabulous. She made us feel most comfortable in dealing with her and Gateway Subaru. She was not pushy in order to just sell us a vehicle. She wanted to make sure our experience was a great one and that we would be totally satisfied with our choice. Her knowledge of the Subaru vehicles is remarkable. We were very impressed. She was sincere, honest and at the same time excited about the Subaru vehicles and dealership. Purchasing our Forester was seamless. It was a pleasurable experience which I must say I never liked buying a new car before, until now and we thank Crystal for same. And then when it came down to completeing the paperwork, Wendy was wonderful. She made the entire experience painless. And the rest of the staff at Greatway would go out of their way to welcome us each time we came to Gateway. It did not matter if they were working with us directly or not. It feels not only like they are a 'team', rather a 'family' as well! It is for these reasons why we rated the dealership, Wendy and especially Crystal, all 5's. After test driving the vehicle, Brian and I discussed pricing and came to an agreeable sales price. At that point, Crystal Collins took over my sale. She was very friendly and helpful, as well. She was very thorough, personable and made sure everything was in order for me to leave with my vehicle that evening. The bulk of the credit has to go to Kevin Miller who made our experience so memorable in that he addressed ALL our concerns/questions as well as demonstrating significant product knowledge. No pressure was put upon us to sign anything until we were ready to make the decision to buy. When it comes time to buy our next Subaru, we will most assuredly come to Gateway. Additionally, we want to mention the wonderful experience we had with Wendy Schiavone when preparing the documents for the actual purchase and her complete explanation of what was meant by all those insidious documents a financier is required to give to a purchaser. I was not sure if I could even get a car when my other car was totaled and I was in a low credit situation. I have never been treated so fairly and honestly by anyone. We met with Kyle and test drove a Crosstreks. He owns one himself and shared excellent details about the options. Another day we met with Samantha since Kyle was already with another customer. We really were impressed with how both Kyle and Samantha could answer all of our questions and how they worked together rather than competing for our decision. We talked on the phone a few times with Kyle, always feeling our questions were answered and no pressure was placed on us. Kyle really helped us reach a deal we were contented with, and we are the proud owners of a 2013 Crosstreks Limited. This is truly the first time we have purchased a new vehicle where we felt the entire dealership was easy to maneuver between all of the players. Just bought a new Forester off of Crystal. We some issues finding one equipped the way I wanted in stock but Andrew and Crystal went above and beyond searching one out for me. They made many calls and it seemed as soon as we found one I was interested in, it was sold. They worked for a couple days on it and finally found one that was available. I ended up with the car I wanted at a great price with none of the usual car dealer games. I would also like to thank Sam for letting me look at her personal car as they didn't have a stick shift Forester in stock but she had just bought one. Brian handled the financing and doc signing and was pleasant and straightforward as well. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Kyle was really pleasant to deal with. He is not your typical "Used Car Salesman". I ask his opinion on another car I was looking at, and he actually went the extra mile to dig up some info on the car, typical "Used Car Salesman".
