Tech did not check or adjust tire pressures. also gave incorrect tire depth. also did not check and fill windshield washer fluid. As always, outstanding service by the entire Service Dept. managed by Kris Parker. A terrific, congenial, and professional person in charge of numerous people. The girls up front Faith, Marie, and Kayla are extremely helpful, are happy to be dealing with the public, assisting those of us older customers with moving items from our cars to loaners or to just carry items inside as we work on tasks in their great waiting areas. I can't say enough about the service mechanics. They are always welcoming and utilize terrific manners. Thank you to Ryan Dryden, Ryan Nauman, Kenny Webster, Kenny Fludd, Tyler, Jay, Nate, Patrick, Jackson, and Josh. I hope that I did not leave out anyone. They never make me feel dumb when I ask a question or don't understand how to work something in my vehicle. I enjoy taking them treats and they make it a point to thank me in person. This is my third Subaru Outback. My salesperson was Joe Kostecki from WV and he is knowledgeable, not pushy and a joy to work with. A huge thank you to Kris Parker and his entire team for making taking your car in to be serviced a treat. By the way, there are always coffees, teas and waters available and snacks. The ladies room is pristine. Every employee I have encountered in the last ten years has been an asset to the Gateway Subaru Company. Follow up from previous service (maintenance, wheel alignment). Also had to replace the front brake pads and have the rotors turned. By the time I got home (52 miles away), there was a rubbing sound co alignment). Also had to replace the front brake pads and have the rotors turned. By the time I got home (52 miles away), there was a rubbing sound coming from the left front of the vehicle. Subsequently, had to return to the dealership. Adjusted backing plates on rotors. Found normal noise in morning due to condensation that may be rubbing rotors. not sure that the rotors would still have condensation on them after driving 52 miles to the dealership for a 1:15 appointment. No charge assessed. More
