This was a easy internet transaction. Car was delivered to my address and trade picked up. The salesman was very accommodating. Contract process pretty simple and straight forward. The only issue was about a week later, contracts dept called and there was a 25.00 discrepancy between the balance check I wrote and the Final amount apparently. I made check to the (what I thought was the final price) I was called on a SUNDAY, I responded after the I cant believe you are calling me on a Sunday for 25 dollars. I then said I would write a check and send it in the mail on Monday. This wasn't good enough, I actually had to leave my family dinner to get my credit card to satisfy this finance contract gentleman. This has put a sour taste in my mouth for the dealership. More

Told that our battery needed to be replaced but no one looked at service record to see battery was recently replaced and still under warranty. We had to bring this up ourselves after we left Toyota and it looked at service record to see battery was recently replaced and still under warranty.
