Was here for a recall repair order and scheduled maintenance. From scheduling through pickup the service was top notch. My service rep, Ian, kept me updated thru the process and provided me with maintenance. From scheduling through pickup the service was top notch. Service writer was pushing unnecessary services. Dealer rates are way out of bounds. They claim it takes 1.5 hours for a professional mechanic to change one spark plug. The wait for service even with an appointment seems a bit too long but the quality of the service work itself met standards (a shop rate of $149.00 per hour seems a bit steep so I expect quality). Quick and excellent service! The service advisor, Ian, was great in explaining what was getting done. We talked about another issue my vehicle has with the rear windows and he took the time to go outside was great in explaining what was getting done. We talked about another issue my vehicle has with the rear windows and he took the time to go outside with me and wait till my car did the issue with the rear windows.
