I was told by another toyota dealer that my rear seal was leaking. I brought my car to gatorland as it was closer. They advised me that the leaking oil was too messy to be able to know what exactly was leaki leaking. I brought my car to gatorland as it was closer. Upon returning after closer to 1000 miles a leak could not be found. I really appreciate their honesty. More
It was nice to see the video and explanation of the work being done. But, I would also like to have the Multipoint Inspection sheet that shows brake lining and tire tread depth like other Toyota service de being done. The service department at Gatorland is respectful, helpful and makes you feel welcome. They have not pushed me to get repairs that aren’t needed but have been quick to help when I have needed them. Not an overall good experience. I felt like I was a bother, tires not properly inflated. Service advisor didn’t know you don’t have nitros for tires even though I purchased the Truc I felt like I was a bother, tires not properly inflated. Service advisor didn’t know you don’t have nitros for tires even though I purchased the Truck with it and asked her for it. My maintenance due light is now on 2 days AFTER my service. I’m used to the service from Honda where I knew the people and was treated better. This is my retirement truck so we have a long road ahead of us. I sure hope it gets better. More
