I had a great experience at Gene Messer Kia in the service department with John Stewart. He kept me updated and in the loop throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. I’m not the easi service department with John Stewart. He kept me updated and in the loop throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. I’m not the easiest customer & I ask a lot of questions. I like to understand everything ,but he handled it professionally and never made me feel like a problem.
