From start to finish, the purchase of my new Genesis G70 was the most pleasant experience I've had buying a car. My sales consultant, Bowe was a joy to work with. He took his time, answered all my questions, allowed me to compare different colors side-by-side and when he did not know an answer, went to find that answer. The sales manager was also excellent. He worked diligently to get the financial terms I would be willing to accept. I'm so excited to learn all the features on the car and show it to my family! More

Being able to use the Valet service option has been a true reward. It makes the appointed time easy to keep and still have a vehicle to drive. Best gift though is my Service Advisor, Asia Smith! She is the reason I have such high regard for the dealership. She is great to deal with and just a pleasure at all times while being helpful and thorough. Each experience has been positive, though I DO enjoy my GV70 greatly. It runs and drives like a dream and I realize just how good it is when I ride with others, OR drive other vehicles. It has been almost 2 years now and I still enjoy the driving experience as much as the first day. Looking forward to the day soon when the stand alone Genesis store is to open! More

Bought a certified G70 with 54000 miles on it. 9 months and 4000 miles later I'm informed that it needs over $3,100 in service and repair. One item was for spark plugs recommended to be changed at 9 months and 4000 miles later I'm informed that it needs over $3,100 in service and repair. One item was for spark plugs recommended to be changed at 45000 miles. Asked why recommended services were not complete before I was sold my car, Robert told me that even though it's recommended, not required for them to do the recommended services before putting it on the lot. I love the car, but communication from the service department has been dreadful and I feel they did not stand behind their certification program. Super disappointed. Never felt this way at BMW or Infiniti. More
