Our G70 have been in the service department for 5 weeks. The only communications we have received is when I drove to the dealership and waiting in line and asked about status. I was in the dealership on June 9th for my complimentary service as well as a recall. To say that the dealership was busy would be an understatement and I was told that they were out of the parts for the service as well as a recall. To say that the dealership was busy would be an understatement and I was told that they were out of the parts for the recall. My service representative, Latashcha Lacey, found the part for me and held it so that I wouldn't have to come back to the dealership, 40 min ride one way. She was also very attentive and was upfront about how behind the service department was and how long I should expect to wait. She then provided information on the complimentary Valet service that I could utilize to keep me from having to drive that distance and wait for service, I did not know this was available to me. Latashcha's conversation was pleasant and made the time go by fast. Thank you Latashcha for your excellent customer service. More
