I had a great experience leasing my G70. Smooth and easy. Sean and Ronnie were great to work with. Smooth and easy. Sean and Ronnie were great to work with. More
I called and they got me in the same day. I explained the problem and they ordered the parts. Very efficient. The Serbi e Adviser explained the reason and repair procedure. The standout feature of this dealership is the staff’s approach to sales. By the time I dropped the vehicle off, the warning light had already disappeared and the vehicle was driving completely normal with no drivability issues whatsoever. Several days later, Brian from the service department informed me that the fuel showed approximately 5% contamination and that I would be responsible for nearly $800 because the issue supposedly would not be covered under warranty. Shortly afterward, Service Director Salman Syed changed the explanation and claimed the vehicle had up to 10% water contamination. That claim immediately raised serious concerns because contamination at that level would typically cause major drivability problems. My vehicle remained fully drivable the entire time. When I requested proof, I was only provided with a photo of a test tube. No formal laboratory report, quantified testing documentation, or independent verification was ever provided. I was later informed that the original fuel sample had been discarded, making any independent confirmation impossible. When I requested proof, I was only provided with a photo of a test tube. No formal laboratory report, quantified testing documentation, or independent verification was ever provided. I was later informed that the original fuel sample had been discarded, making any independent confirmation impossible. Because the explanations continued changing and the diagnosis did not make sense based on the actual condition of my vehicle, I completely lost confidence in the dealership’s diagnostic process. I immediately retrieved my vehicle and took it directly to an independent repair facility. The fuel was drained and inspected in front of me personally. No water contamination was found, and I have photographs documenting the inspection process. The vehicle has continued operating normally without any issues. After escalating the matter and providing independent inspection evidence, Joey Gesualdo of Gregory Auto Group (Genesis of Highland Park management) simply responded that the dealership’s “position remains unchanged” and considered the matter closed, without providing any meaningful clarification, accountability, or apology regarding the conflicting findings. What is most disappointing is not just the diagnosis itself, but the dismissive handling of a very serious concern involving a nearly new vehicle. I also specifically asked whether Recall 033G related to the fuel system could have been connected to the issue, but no meaningful explanation or recall-related inspection was provided during my visit. While no charges were ultimately applied, this experience severely damaged my trust in both Genesis of Highland Park and the Genesis brand overall. I strongly encourage customers to request complete documentation, retain independent evidence whenever possible, and obtain a second opinion before accepting serious diagnostic conclusions from this dealership. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star is I'd like to see my vehicle's service/maintenance records be updated on the day the service happens so I do see a red "Attention Needed" next to Vehicle Health on see my vehicle's service/maintenance records be updated on the day the service happens so I do see a red "Attention Needed" next to Vehicle Health on the Genesis App. More
I would say the people in Genesis of Highland Park are not my business partners. They are more likely my families. After failing to find such a faithful dealer, I eventually had met the best customer care not my business partners. They are more likely my families. After failing to find such a faithful dealer, I eventually had met the best customer care base dealer here. The most important thing as you know is the fact that there is no difference at all in the way they treat me before purchasing a car and after. Other dealers offer customer satisfaction, but this dealer delivers an experience that truly moves me. I hope all potential customers have that feelings that I had felt. More

If you want a luxury car but hate the "luxury dealership" ego, this is probably your spot. It’s professional but relaxed. Just don’t expect a five-star buffet while you wait for your tires to be rotated. ego, this is probably your spot. It’s professional but relaxed.
