My experience purchasing a non-Genesis vehicle from this dealership was disappointing. While I understand this is not their primary brand, I expected the team to be more knowledgeable and better prepared to dealership was disappointing. The financing process was equally frustrating; despite requesting a clear breakdown of quotes for both a single-owner and co-owner scenario, the staff failed to provide any explanation. Instead, we were pressured to sign papers immediately. When I attempted to ask clarifying questions, I was dismissed, and the staff seemed intent only on rushing the process to completion. I would have appreciated a more transparent and professional approach to customer service. During the delivery process, the dealership failed to provide the correct front license plate holder, forcing me to drive home without a plate, which resulted in a ticket just three hours after the purchase. Furthermore, only ten days later, the check engine light came on and I discovered that the coolant levels were well below the minimum requirement. These major oversights lead me to question the thoroughness of their pre-delivery inspection process and whether the vehicle was truly prepared for sale before being handed over to me. More
