It's always a pleasure getting work done on my car, excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. More
Very friendly staff. Helpful people. Clean, organized. The part that made going there easy was the large amount of appointment times to choose from. Helpful people. Clean, organized. The part that made going there easy was the large amount of appointment times to choose from. More

This was my first new car purchase. I cannot describe how awful the experience was at this dealership. First. there was a hard demand to pay an extra $999 for a protective paint coating I cannot describe how awful the experience was at this dealership. First. there was a hard demand to pay an extra $999 for a protective paint coating and $299 for VIN etching required on every new vehicle purchased at this dealership. Then there was an attempt to explain through a lie that all of the vehicles were coated and etched upon arrival, so the fees would be due. Eventually, those fees were removed during my closing of the deal on the phone, so the vehicle moved forward to a purchase by me. The dealer also had nerve to mention that we were coming from out of state and the dealership would not be making any additional money on us. The salesperson pointed out that we were traveling from out of state only to get the vehicle at a great price; however this was their internet price with no negotiation, so this clearly comes across as a rude salesperson. Fast forward to the day of pickup. The new vehicle was not prepped as one would expect. The vehicle was ran through a quick wash or just sprayed down with water, no detail. The vehicle had visible scratches and dirt on it. The salesman never looked at the vehicle prior to pickup, yet claimed “you should have seen the condition this was in before you came, we sent it back once already”. The salesperson had a guy in the maintenance shop using a spray bottle and rag wipe down only the areas we pointed out, no more. The manager was told by us that he should speak to the prep department as this was unacceptable. The response back was “we do not have a prep department, we send it out, and this is how the cars come back. You got the car at a great discount, what more do you expect.” The manger even told my Dad “I cannot spend any more time with you, it’s the last day of the month and we have thirty pickups today” then walked away. I will say, my Dad attempted to buy a second new vehicle while he was there, and was stonewalled by them for a few hours; hearing at least four times (through several follow-ups), “once we finish the first purchase we can move onto another”. Reality check, no one ever entered the dealership to pick up any other vehicles during our wait. The salesperson mentioned he could not use the computer in his cubicle because the finance manager needed to finalize my paperwork there, not in his office. The finance manager also confirmed the vehicle did not have a protective paint coating applied nor any etching done, so the initial pressure was a hard sales tactic to charge an additional $1300 to offset the published internet pricing. This is a unprofessional bait and switch scheme to pressure the customer. Clearly, this dealership’s operation is unprofessional. We eventually finalized all of my new vehicle paperwork, then the keys were handed over to us. There was NO explanation of the vehicle’s operation, nor any review of the safety features, no direction on OnStar set up, nor follow-up on GM perks. This dealership was not interested in making this a special first time experience for me. They also let GM down, because their interfacing with the customer was non existent. My family felt like we were booted off the property once the cash exchanged hands. We did not close on a second vehicle, nor was this dealership interested in any other business from us because we were from out of state. Business greed set in and clearly they were only concerned with future revenue through vehicle maintenance. GM/Chevrolet should be very disappointed with how their product is being presented and the extreme lack of customer service. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone; leadership starts at the top and clearly it is lacking here. Most of the new cars on the lot we dirty, had visible bird poop on the paint, and layers of filth. We were told the vehicles get cleaned up just before pickup. If we knew this in advance, we wouldn’t have made such a long journey. I would rate this dealership low and extremely unprofessional. More
Service was good, would have liked to know ahead of time what service needed to be done. Was caught a little off guard over how much everything costed. what service needed to be done. Was caught a little off guard over how much everything costed. More
